These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the panolo platform. Please read them carefully before registering or placing any bets. By creating a panolo account, you agree to be bound by these terms in their entirety.
panolo is strictly for adults aged 21 and above as required by PAGCOR regulations. Age verification is mandatory.
Each player may hold only one registered panolo account. Multiple accounts result in immediate suspension and forfeiture of balances.
panolo is legally obligated under its PAGCOR license to pay all legitimate winnings. Player funds are held in segregated accounts.

Use of the panolo Platform is strictly restricted to individuals who are twenty-one (21) years of age or older at the time of registration. This age requirement is mandated by PAGCOR and Philippine law. panolo employs mandatory age verification procedures at the point of registration and during the Know Your Customer (KYC) process. Any Account found to belong to a person under 21 years of age will be immediately suspended, all Funds forfeited, and the matter reported to PAGCOR as required by our license conditions.
The panolo Platform is operated under a PAGCOR license and is intended for use by residents of the Republic of the Philippines. Players accessing the Platform from jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited are solely responsible for determining the legality of such access. panolo makes no representation that the Platform is lawful to access outside the Philippines.
Each individual may register only one (1) panolo Account. Creating multiple accounts, including using different email addresses, mobile numbers, or identity documents to circumvent this restriction, constitutes a material breach of these Terms. panolo reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts, void any associated Winnings, and permanently ban the Player from the Platform upon discovery of multiple accounts.
Players are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials, including username and password. panolo will not be held liable for losses arising from unauthorized account access where the Player failed to adequately protect their credentials. Players must notify panolo support immediately upon suspecting unauthorized access to their Account.
panolo is required under its PAGCOR license to conduct Know Your Customer verification for all Accounts. Players must submit valid government-issued Philippine identification — including but not limited to PhilSys National ID, driver's license, or Philippine passport — before any withdrawal of Winnings or Funds can be processed.
panolo may request additional documentation at any time, including proof of address (e.g., utility bill, bank statement) and source of funds documentation for high-value transactions, in compliance with the Anti-Money Laundering Act (AMLA) of the Philippines and PAGCOR regulatory requirements. Failure to provide requested documentation within the specified timeframe may result in Account suspension and withholding of Funds pending regulatory review.
panolo accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following Philippine payment channels: GCash, PayMaya, Bank of the Philippine Islands (BPI), Banco de Oro (BDO), and Metrobank. All transactions are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP). panolo does not charge fees on deposits or withdrawals; however, third-party payment providers may apply their own transaction fees.
The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. panolo reserves the right to modify these thresholds with reasonable notice to Players.
panolo processes withdrawal requests to GCash and PayMaya within 5 to 15 minutes for verified Accounts, subject to routine fraud and compliance checks. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to one (1) business day. panolo is not liable for delays caused by third-party payment processors, bank processing schedules, or regulatory holds.
Player Funds deposited on the panolo Platform may only be used for placing bets or purchasing game credits on the Platform. panolo holds Player Funds in accounts segregated from its operational accounts, in accordance with PAGCOR licensing requirements. Funds do not accrue interest while held in a Player's Account.

All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions published at the time of the promotion, including wagering requirements that must be met before bonus-derived Winnings can be withdrawn.
panolo reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Bonuses may not be combined unless explicitly stated. Players who panolo reasonably suspects are exploiting bonus offers through irregular betting patterns may have their bonus eligibility revoked and associated Winnings voided. Bets placed after an event has commenced — except in designated in-play markets — will be voided and stakes returned. Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes.
Players may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the panolo Platform without the prior written consent of panolo. Any unauthorized use of panolo intellectual property will result in immediate Account termination and may give rise to civil and criminal liability under Philippine law.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, panolo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from a Player's use of, or inability to use, the Platform, including losses resulting from technical failures, interruptions in service, or third-party payment processing delays.
panolo's total liability to any Player in connection with any single event or series of connected events shall not exceed the total amount of Funds deposited by that Player in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim. This limitation does not apply to liability arising from panolo's gross negligence or wilful misconduct, or where such limitation is prohibited by mandatory provisions of Philippine law.
panolo reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate any Account, with or without prior notice, upon reasonable grounds including but not limited to: breach of these Terms; suspected fraud or money laundering; regulatory instruction from PAGCOR; Player request for self-exclusion; or where panolo determines in its reasonable discretion that continued operation of the Account presents unacceptable risk to the Platform, other players, or regulatory compliance.
Upon Account termination for reasons other than proven fraud or regulatory forfeiture, any remaining verified Funds will be returned to the Player via their last registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe. Funds associated with unverified Accounts, bonus abuse, or proven violations of these Terms may be withheld pending investigation.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms, the panolo Platform, or any transaction conducted thereon shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Philippines.
Players with unresolved complaints regarding panolo's operations may escalate their concerns to PAGCOR through the official PAGCOR complaint process. panolo will cooperate fully with any PAGCOR investigation or mediation proceeding. Before escalating to PAGCOR or the courts, Players are encouraged to contact panolo's customer support to seek resolution — the majority of disputes are resolved at this level within 48 hours.
panolo reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via in-platform notification or registered email at least fourteen (14) days before the amended Terms take effect. Continued use of the panolo Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Players who do not accept the revised Terms may close their Account and withdraw their Funds without penalty during the notice period.
